By downloading, installing or using Bharat Ki Awaaz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bharat Ki Awaaz on devices you own or control, for personal and lawful business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the app's source code, except as permitted by law.
• Use translations to harass, defame, or threaten others.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the app's security or availability.

Bharat Ki Awaaz uses on-device AI to provide translations across many Indian and international languages. Translations are provided "as is" and may not be perfectly accurate. Do not rely solely on automated translations for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

All trademarks, logos, app design, and software are the property of Bharat Ki Awaaz or its licensors. Translation outputs you generate from your own input belong to you, subject to these Terms.

The app may rely on third-party providers (such as app stores or crash reporting tools). Their terms apply to your use of those services.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat Ki Awaaz and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
